Individual Consultations
I offer one-on-one consultations at my office in Iecava. Using a client-centered, empathetic approach, I help individuals navigate their current challenges and find the right path forward through existential therapy methods. Everyone is welcome—whether facing midlife transitions, grief and loss, or struggles with addiction and co-dependency.
Conference Speaker
As a speaker at mental health events and conferences, I share knowledge and experiences to inspire others to improve their mental well-being, to talk openly about it, and to be courageous in embracing their own life journey.

Remote Support & Abstinence Groups
“I Want, I Need”
A great opportunity to change habits and step away from an unhealthy lifestyle. Abstinence is traditionally associated with fasting, which means refraining—from alcohol, heavy foods, and fast/junk food. Together, we’ll explore our desires and needs while supporting each other on this journey.
What Will We Do?
Weekly Zoom Meetings
We will meet once a week on Zoom to discuss progress and invite experts to talk about relevant topics.
Healthy Weight Loss
We'll adjust daily eating habits with a nutrition plan that is effective but doesn't involve suffering or deprivation. No alcohol consumption. Learning to meal prep for convenience and sustainability. On average, participants lose around 5-7kg during the program
Daily Resources
You'll receive: Audio and video materials on nutrition, Insights on glycemic index, the Plateau effect, and other essential concepts, Guidance on abstinence, mindfulness, and strengthening willpower—all accessible at your convenience
